- At The University of the Highlands and Islands in Scotland, a member university of the ICRPS consortium, you can take online courses in sustainable rural development. As a promotion, they recently published a video to their web site asking “What Is The Rural Idyll? Is It About Sustainability?” You can also se the video right here:
