The Journal of Rural and Community Development (JRCD) is pleased to announce the release of Volume 9, Issue 3. This is a general issue. The topics are varied, including: economic and business development, resource development and conservation, government programming, education, health care, planning, and tourism. The geography is also broad, including research conducted in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Slovenia, and Australia.
The JRCD is an open access peer-reviewed journal found on-line at www.jrcd.ca.
